  Fantastic Community and Wonderful Staff! I recently moved out of this apartment complex after living here for two years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The community is well-kept, peaceful, and a great place to live. The office staff, Alicia and Gabrielle, were always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure residents were happy and taken care of — from smooth move-in and renewal processes to a smooth move-out and thoughtful communication throughout my stay. Chad, the maintenance technician, was very nice and helpful. He’s fast, reliable, and always does quality work. Leaving after two years was bittersweet. If you’re looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and friendly community, I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough. You’ll be in great hands with Alicia, Gabrielle, and Chad!

  It was an amazing experience living at BLVD45, not just for the so well maintained community and very spacious and modern apartments and facilities, but also because of their leasing office staff! Alicia and Gabrielle were super helpful and patient during the whole process answering questions in a timely and professional manner. If you are looking for a great place to live BLVD45 is definitely the right choice.

  I have lived at Boulevard 45 since 2023. This is the best community I have ever lived in. My apartment is beautiful and the management team, Gabrielle and Alicia are the truly amazing. I have to give a huge shoutout to the property manager Gabrielle. I have lived at two communities she has managed. She is a true boss lady and goes above and beyond for her residents. Anytime I need anything I know she will take care of me!

  Best place I’ve ever rented from. Staff, esp Alicia, goes above and beyond! I even forgot my Verizon Fios modem when I vacated, and she held on to it until I was able to pick it up. Clean apartments, and definitely in close proximity to EVERYTHING from groceries to school to parks!

  LOVE BLVD45 HAS: Well Kept Community- Everything Still Feels & Smells Brand New! -Daily Parking Lot Cleanup -Weekly Breezeway Cleaning -Weekly Landscaping -Regular In-Unit Maintenance -All Week Pool Attendant Confirms Pool Passes -Nightly Neighborhood Security Great on-Site Teams -Chaz is the best! So well rounded and professional!!! -The Leasing Team is personable and quick to respond. Perfect Location -Family friendly -Most families and couples frequent Mt Trashmore and Town Center throughout the week & weekends -Eyes everywhere, tight-knit community (only 4 buildings) -Pool, Grass Areas and all Fenced in Around -Close to spots like: Wegmans, Fresh Market, Nordstom Rack, Fogo de Chao, Lululemon, Nike, OneLife Fitness, REI, LEGO, West Elm, Anthropologie, Pottery Barn and more -15 Mins away from everything else outside of Town Center (You're literally in the heart of VB so awesome) Unique Unit Features -No sad grey floors (yay!) Deep brown LVP instead -Black Granite Countertops with matching pendants -Rounded walls -Floor to Ceiling Windows -Up to 10ft ceilings WISH BLVD45 HAD MORE: Pet friendly amenities -Pets in apartments have a lot of energy in little space, would love to see some agility pieces in the bark park- make it more interesting! Resident Events -I have not heard of any for about 6 months now. Such a friendly neighborhood would love to see all the residents come together more. Controlled Access -Certain areas have this others do not- would love to see even MORE security Lounge Areas -Love the Grill area- would love to have a TV above the fireplace outside -Clubhouse is pretty potential- it could be so much more inviting with a pool table, arcade game, shuffle board or something along the lines. Fitness/Wellness - Get creative in the gym and you should be fine, but some may prefer everything at their hands! Overall, my favorite property in Virginia Beach. Not too much or too little.
