  My technician Alex and her Trainee are always so nice and both work so hard to keep my pool clean and beautiful. Alex answers all the questions I ever have asked and her trainee is so sweet. They both are amazing and I would recommend J and M pools to anyone who has a need for pool maintenance 🙂

  We are very very happy with Samantha & Delane in office, equipment techs Sean, Wesley and weekly pool guy Justin. They each have answered so many questions and always enthusiastic to answer, research and offer a resolution right away politely and professionally. Such great customer service from these excellent employees and that is why we stay with J&M Pool Senoia all these years! Thank you and highly recommend.

  Call J&M...FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!! We just moved to the local area and acquired an inground pool with our new home. Our family had a ton of questions and RICH did NOT disappoint. He was extremely knowledgeable, taught us the inner workings of our filter, pump and salt cell. Rich also provided us with reasonably priced options to maintain our equipment but offered multiple options from low to high for us to consider when replacing and/or repairing our filter along with upgrading to a pool heater. Rich was fun to work with, super down to earth AND a great sense of humor!! Can't wait to get our estimate from J&M and start working on our upgrades. As a side note: Rich was here educating us for more than an hour and it cost us $0.00...call J&M!!! To be continued...

  Anthony maintains our pool every week and is very helpful in fulfilling our pool needs. He's a great front man for the company.
